- Jaoudi, a designer and builder from North Carolina, has always loved creating things that blend beauty with practicality. What started as a small weekend hobby — drawing coop sketches for friends and neighbors — quickly turned into a passion. He wanted every coop to be not only functional but also a piece of craftsmanship that looked great in any backyard.
- Olivia, his wife, shared that same passion from the start. She loved tending to their chickens, collecting fresh eggs, and decorating each new coop with her own cozy touch. Together, they built their first backyard coop in 2015 — a simple design that turned out to be the talk of their small town.
- From that moment, Sket Easy Coops was born. What began as one couple’s backyard project has grown into a trusted source for chicken coop plans across the USA. Each plan is carefully designed by Jaoudi and tested on their own farm — ensuring every detail works perfectly in real life.
Today, they live on a small homestead with their flock of hens, a few ducks, and their two dogs, continuing to dream up new coop designs for families and farmers who love chickens just as much as they do.
